  Atto di indirizzo sui criteri tecnico-scientifici e sugli standard di funzionamento e sviluppo dei musei (ex art.150 comma 6 Decreto Legislativo n 112/1998 G.U 19 ottobre 2001, n.244, S.O).

• Regolamento CE 116/2009 del Consiglio del 18 dicembre 2008 relativo all'esportazione di beni culturali al di fuori del territorio doganale della Comunità. (Le nuove disposizioni, che fanno salvi i poteri degli stati membri tuttora riconosciuti su base nazionale, sostituiscono quelle di cui al Regolamento CE 3911/92 abrogato).

• Regolamento CE 2469/96 del Consiglio del 16 Dicembre 1996 che modifica l'allegato del Regolamento CEE 3911/92.

• EC Regulation 116/2009 of the Council, 18 December 2008, regarding the exportation of cultural heritage artefacts beyond the customs territory of the Community. (The new regulations, which safeguard the powers of member states recognized on national bases, replace the norms set out in EC Regulation 3911/92, abrogated.)
